District health boards are accusing the junior doctors` union of making statements in public and to its members that are inaccurate and misleading and or deceptive. District health boards say the Resident Doctors` Association (RDA) has breached good-faith bargaining requirements and has written to the Employment Relations Authority asking it to intervene urgently.
